Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of vodka that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of spirit that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions or spirit that is purchased in error. Please send an email to info@hansonspirits.com to arrange for the return of flawed product.
Once the spirit is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the spirit. If the original purchase was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund. Please contact the tasting room at 707-343-1805 for return instructions.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
