Bitter Girl Bitters was founded in Sonoma County, California by Erin Elizabeth Hines. We use ingredients that are homegrown in our garden in Petaluma or sourced from local farm stands and companies. Our ingredients are seasonal and organic. Each bottle is bottled, labeled, and numbered by hand.
